STOTT PILATES is a progressive approach to body wide exercise and is respected by fitness and health practitioners worldwide. So whether you require one to one in a rehabilitation setting or are more suited to a small group class, the aim of STOTT PILATES remains the same: optimal musculosketal performance, strength, flexibility and endurance-without risking injury or building bulk. Our focus is on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral spinal alignment and breathing.

STOTT PILATES will in time restore the natural curves of the spine which is a vital component of healthy living. It will relieve tension and enhance your self confidence. Classes / Sessions

All classes and individual sessions are given by a fully qualified Neuromuscular and Physical Therapist & a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor.

Classes and individual sessions are held in Harbour Therapy, Mullingar and also in Honey Pot Health Clinic, Athlone. In addition, home visits are available.
