Not everyone responds the same to one specific approach, and it is important to me that you find the right therapy for your specific needs. If you are looking for physical therapies, you can try sports massage, cupping, and bamboo therapy. For relaxation enjoy a Ki/holistic massage, reflexology, hot stone massage, Reiki, Indian head massage, or reflexology treatment.
